This course opens up the profound mystical depths of the Hebrew Letters and the sacred Hebrew teachings on Creativity and Creation.
Through meditation, contemplation and the conscious breath, Stephen Pope brings the Hebrew Letters and their sacred texts to life in the present moment. As their profound beauty emerges within, we are brought into communion with the spiritual dimension – the Heavens, which are called Ha-Shemaim in Hebrew.
The Hebrew Letters resonate within us from that spiritual dimension, from the present moment, out of which the Creation – called Bereshith in Hebrew – continually emerges, in here and now.
During these six weeks, we will meditate with the Hebrew Letters and explore the creative patterns of the Book of Genesis, or Bereshith in Hebrew.
We enter the true meaning of the Garden of Eden, and experience it as a living reality within us. And we receive the inner teachings on how we too may embody the energies of Creation.We come to know that everything described in these sacred texts is truly alive within us: we are multi-dimensional beings, in communion with the universal Consciousness of Creation.
